P. Mauriat has designed the quintessential 'power horn' with the new Le Bravo 200 Alto Sax. The warm, resonant red brass of the body creates a full heavy sound but is perfectly evened out with the nickel-silver Super VI neck. This perfectly married combination of metals reults in a sax with serious punch and an edge capable of a commanding presence in any musical environment. The Le Bravo Series saxophones also have excellent intonation and blows easy in all registers up through altissimo. Since their inception, P. Mauriat saxes have become sought after because of the quality of their materials and crafstmanship. The french brass and other metals are exceptionally resonant due to the extensive hand-hammering process. Each tone hole is drawn from the saxophone one by one to ensure precision and consistency while the lacquer process is applied in three seperate stages in order to achieve a timeless, vintage look that will last for ages. After the hand ingraving is completed, ecah instrument is carefully inspected and tested one by one to ensure only the finest instruments come off their assembly line
